Environmentally Responsible Modular Construction

Yes, we are green, Green Building focused. Our homes are built in an environmentally controlled factory setting and that allows us to recycle up to 97% of our materials. This process significantly reduces waste and lessens the environmental impact on surrounding land and local communities. Because construction takes place indoors, materials are protected from weather damage, which further reduces unnecessary waste. As a result, our factory-built approach supports both environmental responsibility and consistent quality.

Material Recycling and Waste Reduction

Material recycling plays a major role in our green initiatives. We actively recycle vinyl siding, wire, drywall, scrap metal, cardboard, plastic wrap, oriented strand board and wood materials. Wood wastes is processed into mulch, while scrap materials are reused whenever possible. By managing waste responsibly, we reduce landfill use and improve overall efficiency throughout the building process.

Lumber Conservation and Innovation

We also focus on lumber conservation through innovative building techniques. Finger-jointed trim and moldings reduce waste while maintaining strength and appearance. Engineered floor systems, including joist trusses and OSB decking, maximize material efficiency. Additional, warped lumber is repurposed for wrapping strips, and lumber is ordered in exact sizes to minimize excess. 

Additional Green Building Practices

Beyond recycling and lumber conservation, we use water-based and green drywall adhesives, R-19 insulation in 2×6 sidewalls, and air infiltration products designed to improve energy performance. Engineered wood products are custom-sized to eliminate waste, ensuring every material serves a purpose.
