Every home includes three bedrooms and 1½ to 2½ bathrooms, along with central heating and air systems that ensure year-round comfort. Residents also enjoy spacious, maintenance-free porches, durable Hardie Board siding, and ample storage. Furthermore, each home is ENERGY STAR® certified, which lowers utility costs and promotes environmentally friendly living. These features allow families to enjoy comfort, efficiency, and value.
